Equal Payment Plan (EPP)
Budget your energy expenses by choosing the Equal Payment Plan. We calculate your annual payment based on your previous year's energy use and divide it into 12 equal installments.
After six months, we'll compare the energy you've used to the payments you've made to date and adjust your monthly payment, if necessary. At the end of the year, we'll re-evaluate and adjust again. Your first bill for year two of the plan will include updated adjustments from the previous year. If you overpaid, we'll credit your account. If you carry a balance, we'll add it to your Equal Payment amount due.

Deferred Payment Arrangement (DPA)
If you’re behind on your bill but can’t make up the past-due balance all at once, a Deferred Payment Arrangement, or DPA, may be able to help you catch up.
If you qualify for a DPA, you can pay the remainder of your past-due balance over an agreed-upon period of several months. During that time, you’ll continue to pay your regularly monthly bill, plus an additional amount every month toward your past-due balance. A down payment is required.
