Report a Power Outage
Report an outage or downed trees, get an Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR), view outage maps, and more by logging in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.
To report an outage by phone call 1-800-436-PSEG (7734) or text "OUT" to 4PSEG (47734) - Register your phone first by texting "REG" to 4PSEG. You can also report an outage through our app or with Amazon's Alexa or Google Assistant.

Report a Streetlight Outage
To report a gas leak, downed wires, or other hazardous condition, LEAVE the area and get to a safe location. Then call PSE&G at 1-800-436-PSEG (7734) or call our Emergency Line at 1-800-880-PSEG (7734).
