If your power is out or a wire is down, please click here to let us know.

Report a Power Outage

Report an outage or downed trees, get an Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR), view outage maps, and more by logging in to My Account on your computer or mobile device.

To report an outage by phone call 1-800-436-PSEG (7734) or text "OUT" to 4PSEG (47734) - Register your phone first by texting "REG" to 4PSEG.  You can also report an outage through our app or with Amazon's Alexa.

Report a Streetlight Outage

To report a gas leak, downed wires, or other hazardous condition, LEAVE the area and get to a safe location. Then call PSE&G at 1-800-436-PSEG (7734) or call our Emergency Line at 1-800-880-PSEG (7734).

If you suspect a gas leak:

  • Open windows and outside doors for ventilation
  • Do not use electrical devices
  • Do not use or ignite an open flame
  • Do not try to locate the source of the leak
